BIO:
William H Mainord (Bill) was born in Jackson TN, but moved with his parents
to Daytona Beach Fl, while his father was in the Military during WW11. The
family returned to Jackson TN after the war where Bill grew up and attended
Jackson public schools and graduated from Jackson High School in 1962. Bill
then attended Lambuth College in Jackson and turned a 4 year degree into an
8 year career.
In 1970, Bill moved to memphis TN, with the Hartford Insurance group and was promoted to resident claims manager in 1972. In 1973, Bill began an investment career with E.F.Hutton & Co. He spent the next 18 years in the investment and stock commodity markets. From 75 through 78 Bill was named to The Directors advisory council of E.F.Hutton, which consisted of the top 1% of the top producers in the company. In 1979 Bill left E.F.Hutton to open an office with Basche. Halsey. Stuart and Shields, where he was named Commodity manager. In 1982 Bill was made Vice president and Branch manager of A.D.M. Services.
In 1995 Bill went into the Real estate business with Crye-Leike REALTORS of Memphis TN. For the next 11 years he worked in Memphis and then in 2006 moved to Melbourne Florida, and is now associated with Steve Neville (owner of Aamerican Property Management) where he Bill heads up the sales division.
Bill loves the outdoors, the beaches , football, golf, fishing and cooking. "A good glass of wine, a good steak and good friends are high on his list while dieting and exercise are the necessary evils."
