We are a full service Property Management Company with a full
range of services. Not only can we sell or rent properties
we help owners/absentee home owners and investors maintain
their properties rented or vacant. Many of these services are
included with rented properties at cost without overhead charges.
As an example of additional service charges, when a service
provider drives to the store to buy filters and returns to
install them there would be a service charge covering the cost
of the filters as well as the extra time and mileage. If they
purchase several air filters and an air filter change-out is
a basic 2 minute job performed by the inspection person there
would be no additional charge.
Basic Services are $35.00:

Post-storm inspection (additional Charges)
Monthly Services add $65.00 plus $35 for each additional inspection
requested):
Inspect for forced entry and vandalism
Secure doors and window
Check smoke detector operation
Check faucet leaks
Flush toilets
Inspect A/C handler
Change A/C filters
Replace light bulbs
Inspect water heater
Inspect water meter and electric meter
Other Services (Add the cost of the service plus a 10% overhead
charge)
Moving – we have a person we assign to work with moving and/or
delivery companies to receive and manage.
Purchasing furnishing/general housing needs – as needed
Pool and/or hot tub maintenance – we have reliable service
company
Garden – We have a contractor that will handle tree and shrub
trimming, planting bed maintenance, and lawn care.
Air-conditioning – Several competent local contractors
Hurricane preparation – very difficult, however, addressable
Empty post box – service call at the frequency you request.
Cleaning/laundry (bedding / towels) – and we have reliable
and competent service providers.
Bug spraying – any combination of herbicides, pesticides,
fertilizers for trees, shrubs and grass.
Sprinkler maintenance, pool pump, irrigation pump/equipment
Alarm / telecoms – service call based upon wake-up calls
and visits to property
Utilities – typically, we do not place utilities in our own
name – you sign for utilities using just our mailing address
– we process.
General simple maintenance – we have great general, appliance,
sprinkler, etc maintenance service providers.
Small appliance purchase and delivery
Pressure washing of house and deck
Scheduling carpet and upholstery cleaning
All services are performed by our approved vendors.
